He has over 20 years’ experience developing, selling, and delivering enterprise financial technology to global banks. A software engineer by background, Marc has a proven track record of building successful business and leadership teams. He has been with the company since its inception and is focused on driving growth, quality and excellence across people, processes and products.
Marc has overseen significant milestones for Fenergo including its rapid growth on a global scale, achieving unicorn status as a leading-edge financial technology company and its 2021 acquisition by Astorg and Bridgepoint.
Marc is an MBA graduate of Dublin City University.
Stella is the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at Fenergo and drives the firm’s strategic direction, delivering on its vision to continue supporting financial institutions with the best most relevant solutions for their regulatory and technology needs.
A leading expert in banking technology, operations, and enterprise financial software, Stella joined Fenergo from Murex where she spearheaded its global marketing practice as Chief Marketing Officer. Stella has previously held numerous roles at DBS Bank in Singapore including Head of Technology and Operations in wholesale banking for Treasury and Markets, and Wealth Management.
Stella is a graduate of ESSEC in France and holds an MBA with high honours from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Conor is the Chief Financial Officer at Fenergo and is responsible for Fenergo’s financial operations.
Conor is a senior finance leader, accustomed to helping fast-growing global tech companies scale. Conor’s early career was spent at PwC before joining ION, a global fintech leader headquartered in Dublin. At ION, Conor was part of an exciting journey where the company grew rapidly, driven by both organic growth and acquisitions. During his fifteen years at ION, Conor held various roles including Global Head of Sales Operations and Group CFO and worked closely with his colleagues to build strong teams, processes, and systems. Conor is a keen advocate of “lean management” as a philosophy to drive continuous improvement in organisations.
Conor is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and German from University College Dublin (UCD), and a Master’s in Accounting and Finance, from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Chris is the Chief Revenue Officer at Fenergo and is responsible for Fenergo’s revenue growth.
Chris is a forward-thinking, influential leader with a distinguished career record of achievement and attainment of growth objectives and EBITDA goals. Chris brings more than two decades of growth experience across FinTech industries, developing and executing business models and integrated solutions for global scale. Chris was previously the Chief Revenue Officer at Finastra, a global provider of financial software applications and marketplaces. Prior to this, Chris held roles as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Calypso Technology along with positions with SuperDerivatives and Thomson Reuters.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Finance from Cornell University.
Niall is the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Fenergo and is responsible for technical strategy, design and architecture. He leads core teams within Fenergo to create solutions that deliver impactful ROI for global financial services clients.
Prior to working with Fenergo, Niall spent over 10 years working in financial services product development and system integration roles at Barclays Capital, Fidelity Investments and Accenture.
Niall holds an honours MBA from University College Dublin (UCD), Smurfit School of Business Dublin and an honours degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork.
Andrew joined Salesforce in 2017 and most recently served as the Chief Customer Officer of Financial Services where he worked closely with customers maniacally focused on their adoption and success leveraging the Salesforce platform and ecosystem partners. Over the past nearly 7 years he worked across their product, success and distribution teams globally to drive the growth of the financial services vertical at Salesforce.
Before Salesforce, for 12 years, he worked at NYSE Euronext and CIT respectively. In both firms, he reported to the CEO where he was the Chief Administrative Officer. Between those two firms Andrew led most of the infrastructure of an institution including Retail, Commercial, Wholesale Banking Operations, Customer Onboarding, Call Centers, HR, Marketing and Communications, Procurement and Corporate Services. In addition, he has led large transformations and integrations at both institutions.
Before those two firms he had management positions in Sales and Trading, IT and Strategy at UBS, Banco Santander and Credit Suisse.
Andrew holds a BA from Clark University.
Stephanie joined Fenergo as Chief People Officer in 2022, with responsibility for Fenergo’s Global Human Resources and Facilities function.
As a senior people leader, Stephanie is experienced in developing and driving people strategy in global tech organisations. She previously worked in eBay, where she led a range of people functions including Business Partnering, Recruitment, Talent Planning, People Shared Services and Development globally.
Stephanie is passionate about the role the People team play in engaging employees and driving business growth by developing high-performance teams with the right capabilities, environment, and culture.
Stephanie holds a BA (Hons) in business studies from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
As Chief Growth Officer with Fenergo, Joost is responsible for unifying the firm’s strategic direction and progressively improving Fenergo’s ability to unlock new growth and scale.
Formerly, he founded and led Sentinels as CEO, a high-growth SaaS company building Transaction Monitoring and Screening solutions to detect financial crime patterns (acquired by Fenergo in 2022). Under his leadership, the startup underwent successful funding rounds and consistent >3x growth year-on-year.
Joost has previously held roles in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company and ran an e-commerce startup. He is passionate about solving a big world problem, and developing a novel way to do so, with the aim to disrupt industry.
Joost holds a Master’s in Management of Innovation from Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands, where he graduated with high honours.

Benoît joined the board of Fenergo in 2021. Benoît is a partner at Astorg based in London, where he leads the Astorg growth team, primarily investing in high-growth software companies headquartered in Europe and the US. Benoît also serves on the boards at Acturis and Third Bridge.
Prior to Astorg, Benoît spent five years with UK Private Equity house Cinven, and started his career as a consultant with Bain & Company in Paris and San Francisco. Benoît graduated from HEC Paris with a Master’s degree in Economics.
David joined the board of Fenergo in 2021. He is a partner with Bridgepoint, having joined in 2009, and leads Bridgepoint’s technology sector team.
He currently sits on the boards of Infinigate and Kyriba and was previously on the boards of Calypso and eFront. Before joining Bridgepoint, David worked as a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group focusing on technology, media and telco (TMT) and consumer sectors.
David graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE in Paris, as well as Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
Chris Devereux joined the board of Fenergo in 2024. Chris is a Director at Bridgepoint in London, where he is a part of the Technology team. Since joining Bridgepoint, Chris has worked on the acquisitions of Kyriba and Alpha FMC.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he worked in private equity at Summit Partners and LetterOne Technology. Earlier in his career, he worked in the TMT Investment Banking Group at Citigroup and Arma Partners.
Chris holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University, and also studied at the London School of Economics.
Emily joined the board of Fenergo in 2024 having been a board observer since 2021. Emily is an Investment Manager at Astorg, based in London, and is a member of the software and business services investment teams.
Prior to Astorg, Emily started her career in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan in London. Emily holds a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
