Fenergo, the leading provider of client onboarding, compliance and loan portfolio management software solutions, was presented with an award for the Best Customer Onboarding Solution at the ninth annual Compliance Register Platinum Awards held in London.
The awards, which were hosted by the Compliance Register, the international organisation for compliance professionals and senior executives in the financial services industry, aim to recognise individuals and companies for exemplary service to compliance and regulation. Most of the companies presented with awards on the night received nominations from industry professionals in addition to being vetted by a panel of judges who determined the winner of each category.
Fenergo was nominated by compliance and onboarding professionals for its high professional service standards, excellent ongoing customer service and good industry reputation. In addition, a number of nominations commented on the flexibility of the company’s flagship product, Fenergo Client Onboarding Lifecycle Management solution, describing it as “well thought out and capable of factoring in dependencies for the various stages of onboarding” and “a leader in technology for onboarding workflow tool”.
