Founder and CEO, Marc is responsible for Fenergo’s business and operational strategy and corporate direction. With 18 years’ experience developing, selling and delivering enterprise financial technology to global banks, Marc has developed a proven track record of building successful business-winning and leadership teams. In 2020, Marc led a funding round of $80m with ABN AMRO Ventures and DxC Technology, at a post-money valuation of around $800m.  In 2015, he led an $85m funding round with Insight Venture Partners and Aquiline Capital Partners, marking the second fundraising effort for the company. In 2013, Fenergo secured €4m funding from Investec Ventures Ireland Limited.

Marc was recently named a Fintech 100 Most Influential Leader in recognition of the impact that Fenergo’s technology is having on the way financial institutions manage their compliance obligations and operational requirements. Marc is a software engineering and MBA graduate of Dublin City University.

Eimer joined Fenergo in 2015 assuming responsibility for shaping its global financial strategy to capture profitable growth. With over 30 years’ industry experience, Eimer previously spent five years with Openet, the leading independent supplier of real-time BSS (business support systems) to communication providers, helping to grow the company into a €100m firm. Prior to this, Eimer served as Finance Director of The Electric Paper Company Limited and then as Chief Financial Officer of MindLeaders ThirdForce plc, a developer of educational software, following its acquisition of EP from 2003 to 2010. A chartered accountant, Eimer has also held various accounting positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1984 to 1989. She holds an honors degree in Commerce from University College Dublin, Ireland.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Paul is responsible for driving growth and expansion globally by establishing a robust global sales function and best practice. Paul is also responsible for driving key strategic partnerships to optimize opportunities across Fenergo’s portfolio of business partners. Paul joins Fenergo from Cisco Ireland where he held a number of sales leadership roles and was responsible for driving Cisco’s thought leadership agenda.

Louise joined Fenergo in 2019 as Chief Customer Officer and is responsible for driving customer success and creating a seamless customer experience through the alignment of all client-facing functions. The functions under Louise’s remit are client success management, client support, product management and roadmap, regulation and compliance and professional services. Louise has a technology background having started her career in technical support and worked in a variety of roles including customer service Management, business analysis, project management and account management for technology companies such as Corel Corporation, Compaq/IT Alliance Ltd. and Microsoft. Louise then moved into financial services and specialised in banking technology and change management for on-line banks and bank software providers including ‘First-e The Internet Bank’ and Eontec Ltd.

For the past 17 years, Louise has worked in a variety of roles within the asset finance and leasing industry, working as European Operations and IT Director for CIT Bank. Whilst there Louise oversaw the Dublin Service Centre and a pan-European team of over 200 staff across 16 countries. More recently Louise was COO for PEAC (Pan-European Asset Company) where she also held a number of director-level roles spanning sales support, originations, client onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, operations, customer service, IT and change management. Louise was also responsible for the successful delivery of multiple large-scale digital and business transformation programmes.

Louise holds an honours degree in Applied Languages (French & German) from Dublin City University (DCU) and a First-Class honours post-graduate diploma in Marketing, Advertising, PR and Sales Management from Dublin Business School (DBS). Louise is also a qualified Prince2 Practitioner.

As Chief Technology Officer for Fenergo, Niall has responsibility for technical strategy, design and architecture. Prior to working with Fenergo, Niall spent over 10 years working with leading IT and consulting houses in financial services product development and system integration roles at Barclays Capital, Fidelity Investments and Accenture. Niall holds an honors MBA from UCD, Smurfit Business School of Business Dublin and an honors degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork.

Since 2014, Murex Chief Marketing Officer spearheading a strategic global marketing practice that covers strategic insights, product go-to-market, product marketing and marketing communications. A vision to deliver the best, relevant solutions to our clients with adapted go to market approaches.

10 years at DBS Bank in Singapore as head of Technology and Operations for Treasury, Markets and Wealth Management and later, Technology Chief Architect. During that time, DBS transformed its technology landscape, initiated its digital transformation, and grew exponentially in the region.
An expert speaker on international forums and events on financial regulations, cloud and SaaS transformations, continuous integration in capital markets and the future of IT, Including Sibos, the Dublin Tech Summit and AWS Summits. Convinced of the importance of diversity in the long-term growth of the capital markets, a strong advocate of women to pursue careers in financial software firms and a role model for young women.

An active volunteer with the promotion of the start-up ecosystem and the French business community. Elected president of the French Trade advisors to the Minister of Finance in Dublin and vice-president for Europe. The Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France is a group of business leaders who share their business experience on a voluntary basis to contribute to the development of France.

As Chief Product Officer at Fenergo, Alan is responsible for formulating Product Vision and Strategy, and leading the teams to execute on that vision. Prior to Fenergo, Alan spent 30 years working in Ireland, the UK and US across a diverse set of roles. He has built teams in early-stage start-ups(Cainthus, Qstream), grown technology teams in high-growth companies (FINEOS, Paddy Power), held senior leadership positions in financial institutions (New Ireland, AIB) and managed engagements at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey). He holds an MBA from Smurfit Business School.

Caroline joined Fenergo in April 2017 to lead the People and Culture strategy and to develop great, high-performing, customer-focused teams across the global business. With over 30 years’ experience, Caroline has cultivated an in-depth expertise of HR and change management practices. Her career has spanned several sectors including technology, financial services, and FMCG.

She was HR Director of Dell, UK, and Ireland, for over six years, where she partnered with business leaders to increase productivity and engagement. Previously she was HR Director with Elizabeth Arden and Unilever. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from University College Dublin and is a certified member of the Institute of Directors.

As COO, Colm is responsible for the strategic direction of Fenergo’s Global Services division. In ensuring the delivery of a world-class service to all Fenergo clients, Colm has specific remit over client success, client solutions, client support and client training. With over 30 years’ industry experience, Colm spent 15 years in a variety of director roles with Adobe Systems, spanning the areas of services, customer care, technical sales and enablement and services operations. Most recently, he was Senior Director with Adobe Global Services, with responsibility for the strategy and direction of the $400m Global Services EMEA division. Colm holds a Bachelor of Financial Services from University College Dublin (UCD).
