All Fenergo Client Council conference activities will be held onsite at Powerscourt Hotel.
What is the agenda for Fenergo Client Council?
The event will commence with a welcome dinner on Tuesday evening, 19th May, followed by a full day of keynote sessions, workshops, and demos on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st. Clients will have the option to participate in peer-to-peer meetings or 1:1 meetings with the Fenergo team on Friday morning.

The Fenergo Client Council is free of charge to attend for our clients.
Where can I find my registration confirmation?
After you have completed the registration form, you will receive a registration confirmation email and calendar placeholder from our customer marketing team. If you do not receive this within 24 hours of registering, please contact us at gcc@fenergo.com.

How do I plan my flights?
Once registered, please work with your organization to make travel arrangements. When you have booked your flights, please confirm your travel times and flight numbers with our Customer Marketing team at gcc@fenergo.com.
How do I request a visa invitation?
You can request a visa invitation letter to assist in obtaining your visa to attend Fenergo Client Council. You must register for the conference prior to requesting a visa invitation. If you would like to request a visa invitation letter, please send an email to gcc@fenergo.com.
Hotel
Is there a special hotel rate?
Fenergo have booked and paid for hotel rooms to cover all clients. If your organization's policies require you to independently cover this charge, you can avail of a special Fenergo room rate per night at Powerscourt Hotel. Please reach out to gcc@fenergo.com if you wish to do this and we can connect you with the hotel.
How do I book a hotel room for Fenergo Client Council?
You must be a registered attendee for Fenergo Client Council to secure your hotel reservation. Once registered, Fenergo will automatically assign you your room.

Food offerings will cater to a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free options. Please note that these offerings may be prepared in a shared facility. We encourage all attendees to review food labels and speak with event personnel if you have any questions or concerns.

What is the recommended attire for the conference?
Business casual attire is suggested for all conference functions. Meeting room temperatures are cool, so we also suggest wearing layered clothing for comfort and flexibility.
Please also feel free to bring active wear if you wish to avail of the gym onsite.
