We have cultivated a dedicated global team of Customer Success Managers, whose job it is to ensure your experience with Fenergo is as positive, frictionless and smooth as possible. From the moment that you join the Fenergo global family of clients, you will be assigned your own dedicated Fenergo Customer Success Manager, who will be your point of contact throughout your lifetime as a Fenergo client, providing alignment across different departments and teams in Fenergo, and corralling and co-ordinating all the resources necessary to ensure your Fenergo success and deliver a positive client experience for your organization.

Going the Extra Mile for You!

Your Customer Success Manager will expertly guide you through each stage of our relationship together, providing a strong and successful handover process from our Commercial (Sales and Pre-Sales) team to Professional Services, Project Go-Lives and to Client Support teams. They will identify the shortest path to value for you and your organization by ensuring full product adoption and delivering return on investment. In short, your Customer Success Manager will be there for every milestone event on your Fenergo journey, going the extra mile to ensure true customer success and satisfaction.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement.

As a client, you will have an active voice in our Product, Regulatory and Technology Roadmaps. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will work closely with you and your team to decipher your organization’s needs on an ongoing basis and will proactively make recommendations that optimize value for your project and organization. Through our dedicated client portal, you will have access to all the latest thinking and materials required for you to push through to every milestone success. Fenergo also hosts dedicated client workshops to ensure you get the full return from your Fenergo investment. 

Community & Product Roadmap Engagement.

The client connection is especially important in Fenergo and our global client community is one of our core differentiators in the market. We spend a lot of time connecting our client organizations with each other by hosting regular roundtables and inviting all of our clients to join us in Ireland each year for our Global Client Council. Fenergo operates several client engagement forums focused on regulatory, roadmap and technology content that connect experts and peers from each of our global client organizations and determines the direction and content of our product and regulatory roadmaps.
