Fenergo Client & Counterparty Data Management enables financial institutions to assess and understand the overall corporate structure and ownership model of legal entities, which lies at the heart of risk and regulatory management.
Fenergo’s highly sophisticated counterparty hierarchy modelling and visualization tools enables financial institutions to capture, develop and visualize complex matrices comprised of interlinked companies, directors, shareholders, guarantors and beneficiaries, and ensure that these inter-relationships are proactively tracked and managed for continuous lifecycle compliance.
The solution accommodates a full set of standard legal entity association types and additional customer association types, which are configurable. This makes the process of mapping the data element straightforward, as the system is not constrained by static data structures. Fenergo's Client & Counterparty Data Management solution also has the ability to provide a granular and aggregated view of legal entities.
By integrating directly with external data providers and other internal systems (via API or file-based integration), Fenergo Client & Counterparty Data Management solution ensures that all legal entity data is current and complete, triggering fresh compliance reviews if the data change is significantly material e.g. change of company director or shareholder.
