Fenergo offers Nikko Securities America, Inc. end-to-end Client Lifecycle Management with a regulatory focus on AML, KYC and FATCA
08 March 2016, New York, NY –Fenergo, the leading provider of Regulatory Onboarding and Client Lifecycle Management software solutions for investment, corporate and private banks, has announced a new deal to provide Nikko Securities America, Inc. with Client Lifecycle Management with a prioritized regulatory focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act(FATCA).
Nikko Securities America, Inc. (Nikko America) provides financial products and services to global institutional clients in North America and Latin America.
Fenergo’s Client Lifecycle Management software solution will be implemented across various trading desks including securities broker-dealer, capital markets, asset securitization and fixed income. With a tight implementation timeframe, Fenergo’s out-of-the-box solution will be implemented in two phases, with a primary focus to deliver AML and KYC regulatory compliance within six months, followed by further automation and integration in the subsequent phase.
As part of Fenergo’s Client Lifecycle Management implementation, Nikko America will also benefit from the implementation of Fenergo’s Regulatory Rules Engine, which will dictate the client’s regulatory journey. The solution also incorporates a Client & Counterparty Data Management solution, which centralizes, validates, stores and distributes legal entity data across the organization. Finally, Fenergo’s Regulatory Onboarding solution will provide the regulatory and workflow orchestration to manage all the sub-processes that need to be executed to bring the client from initial take-on through to all the various stages of approvals and requests for information they need to go through to be onboarded (across Front Office, Compliance, Credit, Legal, Tech & Ops etc.).
