Sales wins, successful implementations and a happy client base are all terrific accomplishments for any solution provider. However, when the industry recognizes those solutions as exceptional, the firm experiences a different kind of satisfaction. Not necessarily a better, more fulfilling sense of fulfillment than, say, a large contract win, but one that the provider considers a wider acceptance of its efforts.
