2017 has been a significant and exciting year for Fenergo’s Professional Services organization, a year where we have significantly scaled our organization to support the growth of our business globally.

Global Team Expansion

We have expanded our Professional Services team globally. in addition to expanding our global centres in Dublin, Wroclaw & Noida.  We have also significantly expanded our presence in London, New York, Singapore and Sydney. I’m also delighted to have added some senior leaders to our leadership team. John Brennan joined from UBS as VP Professional Services EMEA and Jimmy Collins has recently come onboard to lead our Global Delivery organization.

Bank Go-Lives

A personal highlight for me has been to see the number of new banks going live on Fenergo CLM for the first time. Throughout 2017 we have seen 14 new clients go-live for the first time: 6 in EMEA, 2 in APAC  and 6 in North America, including 5 on Version 8. Furthermore, we have supported our existing clients in over 20 additional go-live events as they expand the adoption of Fenergo within their organizations.

Fenergo Way

In May, we were delighted to launch the latest version of our methodology Fenergo Way. This sees a significant evolution of our standardized delivery methodology, which is used on all projects by the Fenergo Professional Services team. It is based on an iterative delivery model that combines our unique product and industry insights while encompassing the principles of agile and scrum.

Fenergo Way enables the structuring of an implementation roadmap to deliver on our client program vision in a sequence of different phases. Each phase consists of five consecutive stages, entailing individual key outcomes, milestones and checklists to progress to the next stage.


Delivering Success for Client Lifecycle Management


Our intention is that by using the Fenergo Way, which is based on shorter delivery iterations for client projects, we can deliver value faster to our clients by ensuring timely and appropriate end-user participation while facilitating change in a fast, flexible, and controlled manner.

Fenergo University – Client & Partner Enablement

As Marc mentioned, the Fenergo University continues to enhance its offering, meeting the demands of our Client and Partner organizations. During 2017, our technical curriculum has been greatly enhanced to include both Associate & Advanced Configuration Modules, Integrations & Migration Training, as well as Data Model and Production Support Modules.  These programs develop in-house expertise, supporting our banking clients through the Discovery and Mobilization Phases, as well as enabling self-sufficiency, post go-live.

This year, our programs have been attended by 280 individuals across 18 client sites, as well as 210 people within 10 partnering organizations.

Looking Forward – 2018

It’s been an incredibly busy year but the work that has been invested this year has been necessary to build strong foundations for ensuring a smoother, more successful delivery program for clients in 2018. I look forward to ensuring delivery success for all of our new clients in 2018.
