In the last year, Fenergo has embarked on a growth trajcetory to meet the growing demands of the marketplace. This includes expansion into Asset Managment, Private Banking & Wealth Management and Commercial, Business & Retail Banking. Fenergo also announced the creation of a Fenergo-powered application on Salesforce AppExchange, connecting Salesforces CRM and Fenergo's CLM platforms. Fenergo was also honored to be recognized with several acclaimed awards such as 'Deliotte's Technology Fast 50 Fintech' and various regtech accolades.
NEW MARKET SEGMENTS
Fenergo announced our expansion into Asset Management with the appointment of a new buy-side division lead, Kevin O’Neill. Kevin previously worked at Royal Bank of Canada’s Investor & Treasury Services as Head of U.S. Asset Management and has a proven track record in Asset Servicing, Asset Management & Wealth Management. We have extended our onboarding and compliance capabilities to enhance the client experience, reduce regulatory risk, and increase speed to market, making the buy-side that much more efficient.
In November 2018, we announced our expansion into Private Banking and Wealth Management. This demonstrates our commitment to growing the business even further and extending the capabilities of our award-winning CLM platform. Steve D’Souza, whose 35-year career encompasses roles at Unisys, Odyssey, Parity, Propero and TCA Consulting, was appointed to drive growth in this new sector for Fenergo.
Fenergo also has launched our Commercial and Retail Banking division, overseen by Global Head, James Follette. The move is a natural step for Fenergo as many of our existing clients seek to deploy our CLM solutions across other business lines in their quest to improve customer experiences through digital transformation.
As we continue to flex and strengthen our partner ecosystem, 2018 saw the addition of several global partners including Salesforce. In partnering with the global leader in CRM, we created an application for the Salesforce AppExchange that enables financial firms using Salesforce to streamline client onboarding and lifecycle management processes while achieving front to back office transparency.
This partnership provides financial institutions with a truly single client view, digital client orchestration and a sophisticated and dynamic compliance solution. In the coming months we will be announcing further alliances with data management providers, systems integrators and more.
