Over the last 18 months, Fenergo has won eight new deals, and recently received the ISA award for best company with international growth. Having expanded its employee base from 50 to 120, there is significant growth within the company.
“Fenergo is looking to hire across a number of roles,” explains Fletcher. “We’re always looking for graduates, QAs, technical architects, .NET developers, project managers and business analysts.
“Our base platform is on .NET so our developers, it would be great if they had that experience. But in general we’re looking for people with the right fit who can fit in with our culture. High achievers, enthusiastic people who can really provide good customer support to our clients.”
