Fenergo’s Growth Advisory Board (GAB) was launched in 2017 to accelerate Fenergo’s global expansion and strategic market penetration. The GAB is comprised of ten seasoned leaders from the financial services, business and technology industries. The GAB shares a vision to empower the global banking community to solve regulatory, data and operational challenges through digital transformation. As part of their role, the industry lluminaries share business insights, feedback and lessons learned from their diverse backgrounds and experiences to help inform Fenergo’s product and business strategies, and leverage potential M&A opportunities.

Based in New York, Anthony is the Managing Director and Global Head of Execution Services at Credit Suisse. With over 29 years of financial technology, trading, and management experience working across several equities platforms, Anthony brings with him deep market knowledge and technological expertise. Anthony previously served as CEO for Instinet, an electronic trading firm and, more recently worked at Aquiline Capital Partners, a private equity firm, where he helped identify investment opportunities in financial technology. Anthony also serves as a Member at the Board of Managers at Virtus Partners and at the Board of Trustees in Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York.

Anthony holds a BSc degree from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Nancy is an experienced board member and trusted business partner to financial sponsors and executives across a broad range of business categories and industries. She has worked as an advisor to financial sponsors, evaluating and handling due diligence on specific targeted companies as well as operational development of their portfolio companies including integration, technology systems and process improvement. Nancy is also a member of the Women Corporate Directors Foundation, a non-executive director and audit committee member for Tricor Group and a senior adviser at Permira. Prior boards include Duff and Phelps where she was also Chair of Remuneration Committee and Jasmine Hospice and Palliative Care where she was Chair of In-Patient Building Committee.

Previous roles include CEO of Walkers Management Services (WMS) which got acquired by Intertrust Group where Nancy took on the roles of COO and executive board member. Whilst at WMS Nancy was responsible for the group’s global operations and led the divestment of WMS from Walkers Law Firm. Prior to joining WMS, Nancy was the director of operations, Western Canada, at Olsten Health Services (now Gentiva Health Services).

Nancy holds an MBA from Queens University in Canada.

CIO Bernard Gavgani started his career as an entrepreneur by creating his own IT consulting business before joining BNP Paribas in 1990. Through the merger of BNP with Paribas and the strategic acquisitions of Banque Générale du Luxembourg (BGL), Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (BNL) and Fortis, Bernard gained experience in the integration of major systems. He contributed to the digital transformation of the capital markets and corporate banking global operating models within corporate and institutional banking (CIB).

In 2009, Bernard became Global Head of Information Technology and Operations (ITO) at BNP Paribas CIB and member of the CIB Executive Committee. In October 2018, Bernard took on the role of CIO for the group.

Greg joined the company in 2017 to provide strategic assistance to Fenergo’s global sales organization. In 2020, he joined the Growth Advisory Board. Prior to this, Greg worked for seven years with HSBC, most recently as a Managing Director & Global Head of the Client Management Group for the Global Banking & Markets division. In this role, Greg was responsible for building out a client-facing organization to manage client onboarding and due diligence, spanning the entire product set of GBM across 30+ countries. Greg was responsible for the definition and delivery of a standard operating model across onboarding, client due diligence and client exits, covering people, process and technology. In addition to this role, Greg has held several other positions within HSBC, including Global Head of Client Onboarding and COO for COBAM.

Previously, Greg worked in Private Equity, in Business / Product Management for UBS Investment Bank and in various IT and transformation roles for Centrica, Reuters and a management consultancy.

Anil Cheriyan is the Director and Deputy Commissioner of Technology Transformation Services (TTS) at the US Federal Government. Anil oversees the digital transformation of the Federal Government by helping agencies build, buy and share technology through initiatives such as 18F, Office of Products and Programs and Presidential Innovation Fellows. Anil was previously the Executive Vice President and CIO at SunTrust Bank. Throughout his career, Cheriyan led major digital transformation strategies at SunTrust and held previous roles at IBM and PwC Management Consulting. Anil is a former Advisory Board Member at Tricentis and a Member of the Board of Advisors at Sitehands.

Anil has a MSc and MPhil in Management Science and a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College in London. He has been the recipient of numerous industry awards throughout his career, including IDC CIO 100, Computerworld Premier 100 Leader, and Enterprise CIO of the Year.

Jon is an independent advisor to financial services organizations as well as small and startup fintechs. Jon previously served as the Global Head of Operations and Technology, Institutional Clients Group for Citi and was a Senior Advisor for Boston Consulting Group. Jon was the first CEO of the Financial Services consortium, Sheltered Harbor (now part of FS-ISAC), where he led the industry’s working groups alongside the Financial Systemic Analysis & Resilience Center (FSARC). Earlier in Jon’s career he served as CIO and Global Head of Operations at Lehman Brothers.

Jon is currently an external advisor to McKinsey & Co and is part of several advisory boards including Promontory Mortgage Path, EZOps, Unqork, eClerx and Transcend Street Solutions.

Chris was appointed CEO of Sitehands, LLC in July 2020. Previously Chris was President & COO of Sitehands and a board member from Jan 2020 through July 2020. Sitehands is an IT Services company that manages IT field services globally across all business sectors. Sitehands capabilities are uniquely defined by owning the outcome for field services work in offices, telecommunications rooms and data centers around the globe based on a fully automated technology platform.

Chris was appointed group COO and CIO of the London Stock Exchange in November 2015. He was previously CIO, CTO and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) where he was responsible for technology, data services and program management. Chris has more than 30 years’ experience in managing technology platforms and transformational change in the global financial services industry.

Prior to joining MSCI, Chris held a variety of CTO roles in leading banks including Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and UBS. He is currently an advisory board member at Crypto.com and board member at Sitehands. Previous roles include CTO at eBay, CIO at AT&T Wireless and Senior Vice President of Technology, Strategic Initiatives and Business Architecture at Asurion. Chris started his career at IBM and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from the University of Albany.

Kevin Kessinger is a technology advisor to Fenergo and Tricentis, and Advisory Board member to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville. Most recently he was a senior advisor to Boston Consulting Group and Board member at Scottrade Financial Services. Previously Kevin served as Executive Vice President, CIO and Head of Corporate Shared Services at TD Bank Group, a Toronto-based financial services firm with approximately 22 million customers worldwide. Kevin joined TD Bank Group in 2009 from Citigroup where he oversaw global operations as Chief Operations and Technology Officer. Kevin join Citigroup in 1995 and held various roles of increasing responsibility and was a member of the bank’s management and operating committees. Kevin directed data warehouse construction and various systems for payment cards as well as multiple initiatives building operational effectiveness.

Kevin began his banking career at Banc One Corporation in Columbus, Ohio.

Kristi is Managing Director of Recovery and Resolution in the Risk Division at Goldman Sachs. In her previous role as Head of Client Onboarding, Kristi co-led a firmwide effort to uplift the client onboarding and Know Your Customer (KYC) process in order to comply with new customer due diligence regulatory obligations and enhance the client experience. Kristi is also co-head of Enterprise Operations at Goldman Sachs and has held various leadership roles in operations in New York and London during her 22 years at the firm.
