We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Assistant to support our CEO and other members of Fenergo's C-Suite. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner and grow with an innovative and creative company. This individual will work directly with the CEO and the senior management team. The position requires a savvy individual with a strong work ethic and good communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of executive level support knowledge, which will include advanced level Microsoft Office experience. The ideal candidate will need to be well organised, detail oriented, and trustworthy in terms of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. You will need to be able to work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines. You will also exhibit good written and verbal communication, and the ability to working independently in a challenging and fast paced environment.

Requirements

  • Complex and dynamic calendar management for internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings/events
  • International travel booking, coordination and itinerary management
  • Provide administrative support including preparation of presentations, collating data and creating reports
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, spreadsheets and other documents
  • Conserve CEO's and C-suite time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting emails, letters and documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating email/phone communications
  • Effective tracking and communication
  • Logistic arrangements for all board meetings, including travel requirements for Board Members where necessary, and coordination of all communication from C-Suite ahead of Board Meetings,
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Expense processing & credit card statement reconciliations
  • Assistance with personal travel when requested

Experience;


  • Out of the box thinker and self-motivator
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness and diligence to learn
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, organise time bring assignments to successful close.
  • Able to act autonomously with limited supervision
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work in confidence with confidential matters
  • Ability to handle constant change with ease
  • Easy-going team-player
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Results and action-oriented, with “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), with the ability to manipulate data in spreadsheets, and create presentations in PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level Executives will be an advantage
  • 2-3 years of experience within the Financial or IT industry
