Founder and CEO, Marc is responsible for Fenergo’s business and operational strategy and corporate direction. With 18 years’ experience developing, selling and delivering enterprise financial technology to global banks, Marc has developed a proven track record of building successful business-winning and leadership teams. In 2020, Marc led a funding round of $80m with ABN AMRO Ventures and DxC Technology, at a post-money valuation of around $800m.  In 2015, he led an $85m funding round with Insight Venture Partners and Aquiline Capital Partners, marking the second fundraising effort for the company. In 2013, Fenergo secured €4m funding from Investec Ventures Ireland Limited.

Marc was recently named a Fintech 100 Most Influential Leader in recognition of the impact that Fenergo’s technology is having on the way financial institutions manage their compliance obligations and operational requirements. Marc is a software engineering and MBA graduate of Dublin City University.

Eimer joined Fenergo in 2015 assuming responsibility for shaping its global financial strategy to capture profitable growth. With over 30 years’ industry experience, Eimer previously spent five years with Openet, the leading independent supplier of real-time BSS (business support systems) to communication providers, helping to grow the company into a €100m firm. Prior to this, Eimer served as Finance Director of The Electric Paper Company Limited and then as Chief Financial Officer of MindLeaders ThirdForce plc, a developer of educational software, following its acquisition of EP from 2003 to 2010. A chartered accountant, Eimer has also held various accounting positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1984 to 1989. She holds an honors degree in Commerce from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Viral joined the board of Fenergo in 2021. Having joined Bridgepoint in 2010, he focusses on investments within the Technology and Healthcare sectors, and currently also sits on the board of Practice Plus Group. Before joining Bridgepoint, Viral worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Nomura and Lehman Brothers. Viral has a degree in Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.

David joined the board of Fenergo in 2021. He is a Partner with Bridgepoint, having joined in 2009, and leads Bridgepoint’s Technology sector team. He currently sits on the boards of Infinigate and Kyriba and was previously on the Board of Calypso and e-Front. Before joining Bridgepoint, David worked as a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group focusing on TMT & Consumer sectorsDavid graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE in Paris, as well as Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.

Benoît joined the board of Fenergo in 2021. Benoît is a Partner at Astorg based in London, where he leads the Astorg growth team, primarily investing in high-growth software companies headquartered in Europe and the US. Benoît also serves on the board of directors at Acturis, AutoForm, and Third Bridge. 

Prior to Astorg, Benoît founded Comptabis, a start-up offering offshore accounting services, which he successfully sold in 2012, spent 5 years with UK Private Equity house Cinven, and started his career as a consultant with Bain & Company in Paris and San Francisco. Benoît graduated from HEC Paris with a Master’s degree in Economics.

Henry Davies joined the board of Fenergo in 2021. Henry is an Associate Director at Astorg based in London where he is part of the software and growth teams, with a focus on fintech. Henry also holds board roles at Acturis and Xceptor. 

Prior to Astorg, Henry spent 3 years at Bain & Company in London and Sydney, with a focus on strategy, due diligence, and portfolio value creation for corporate and private equity clients. Henry holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Paul is responsible for driving growth and expansion globally by establishing a robust global sales function and best practice. Paul is also responsible for driving key strategic partnerships to optimize opportunities across Fenergo’s portfolio of business partners. Paul joins Fenergo from Cisco Ireland where he held a number of sales leadership roles and was responsible for driving Cisco’s thought leadership agenda.

Stella is a leading expert in banking technology, operations, and enterprise financial software with decades of experience working for a range of capital markets, wholesale bank and fintech firms across Asia and Europe. Having joined Fenergo in May 2021, Stella drives the firm’s strategic direction, delivering on its vision to continue supporting financial institutions with the best most relevant solutions for their regulatory and technology needs.  Stella joined Fenergo from Murex where she spearheaded its global marketing practice as Chief Marketing Officer. Stella has previously held numerous roles at DBS Bank in Singapore including Head of Technology and Operations in wholesale banking for Treasury & Markets, and Wealth Management. During this time, DBS transformed its technology landscape, initiated its digital transformation, and grew exponentially in the region. Stella is a graduate of ESSEC in France and holds an MBA with high honours from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
