Our original equipment manufacturing (OEM) agreement with IBM enables us to combine our CLM offering with IBM’s RegTech portfolio of AML and KYC solutions, all built with Watson. As a result, IBM offers financial institutions a complete AI application suite that is focused on risk and compliance and helps clients fend off financial criminals and meet their intensifying regulatory requirements for disclosure. Customers availing of Fenergo’s platform via IBM will have access to its additional support services including but not limited to global IT support, predictive analytics, system developers, augmented reality, multi-vendor processing and a single point of contact interface.
In 2019, Fenergo and PwC teamed up to “do KYC differently”. Together, we streamline KYC compliance processes for financial institutions, offering client onboarding and KYC review and refresh programs as managed services, complementing PwC’s existing AML and KYC remediation offerings.
