MARC MURPHY, CEO
Founder and CEO, Marc is responsible for Fenergo’s business operational strategy and corporate direction. With 15 years’ experience developing, selling and delivering enterprise financial technology to global banks, Marc has developed a proven track record of building successful business-winning and leadership teams. In 2015, he led an $85m funding round with Insight Venture Partners and Aquiline Capital Partners, marking the second fundraising effort for the company. In 2013, Fenergo secured €4m funding from Investec Ventures Ireland Limited. The latest fundraising enables Fenergo to create a platform for global growth that will see it capitalize on the growing demand being created by an ever-evolving financial regulations market. Marc was recently named a Fintech 100 Most Influential Leader in recognition of the impact that Fenergo’s technology is having on the way financial institutions manage their compliance obligations and operational requirements. Colm Heffernan, COO
As COO, Colm is responsible for the strategic direction of Fenergo’s Global Services division. In ensuring the delivery of a word-class service to all Fenergo clients, Colm has specific remit over Client Success, Pre-Sales, Client Support and Client Training. With over 30 years’ industry experience, Colm spent 15 years in a variety of director roles with Adobe Systems, spanning the areas of Services, Customer Care, Technical Sales & Enablement and Services Operations. Most recently, he was Senior Director with Adobe Global Services, with responsibility for the strategy and direction of the $400m Global Services EMEA division. Colm holds a Bachelor of Financial Services from University College Dublin (UCD).
EIMER MCGOVERN, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Eimer joined Fenergo in 2015 assuming responsibility for shaping its global financial strategy to capture profitable growth. With over 30 years’ industry experience, Eimer previously spent five years with Openet, the leading independent supplier of real-time BSS (business support systems) to communication providers, helping to grow the company into a €100m firm. Prior to this, Eimer served as Finance Director of The Electric Paper Company Limited and then as Chief Financial Officer of MindLeaders ThirdForce plc, a developer of educational software, following its acquisition of EP from 2003 to 2010. A chartered accountant, Eimer has also held various accounting positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1984 to 1989. She holds an honors degree in Commerce from University College Dublin, Ireland.

As Chief Technology Officer for Fenergo, Niall has responsibility for technical strategy, design and architecture. Prior to working with Fenergo, Niall spent over 10 years working with leading IT and consulting houses in financial services product development and system integration roles at Barclays Capital, Fidelity Investments and Accenture.

BRIAN CAHILL, VP Client Solutions
As VP of Client Solutions, Brian is responsible for managing client acquisitions with a focus on functional governance. Brian is a highly experienced IT Executive with a proven international track record in delivering business change in the financial services industry. He brings to his role a strategic, commercially-aware client focus, built on in-depth technical and business knowledge. Prior to Fenergo, Brian held senior management positions with AIG Europe and AIB Group.

Joe Dunphy, VP Product Management
Joe joined Fenergo in 2010 and is responsible for the overall delivery of product strategy and design across the Fenergo suite of applications. With a strong background in regulatory compliance solutions, Joe has deep banking and regulatory knowledge and maintains currency of knowledge in this ever-evolving industry by taking an active lead in Fenergo’s Client Advisory Boards and industry roundtables and forums. Prior to Fenergo, Joe spent four years working for Lloyds Banking Group and three years with Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited. Joe holds a Master’s in Business Studies from UCD, Smurfit School of Business, a postgraduate Diploma in Business Systems Analysis and Bachelor of Commerce degree from National University of Ireland.
Colin Sweeney, VP Engineering
With 20 years’ industry experience, Colin joined Fenergo in 2014 to drive Fenergo’s software engineering strategy and deliver engineering excellence and quality in the development of the Fenergo Core Product Suite. Prior to Fenergo, Colin spent 10 years with CareWorks, a leading healthcare software company, most recently in the position of Director of Programme Management. He has also worked for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in the capacity of Software Development Programme Manager, and has enjoyed prior industry experience with Intel, KPMG and ACC Bank. Colin holds an MBA from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), a Graduate Diploma in Computing and a Bachelor of Business Studies. Colin is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Fiona McLoughlin, VP Marketing
With over 13 years’ industry experience, Fiona is responsible for planning and executing Fenergo’s global marketing strategy. Prior to this, Fiona was head of marketing for leading Irish technology companies Norkom Technologies, Helix Health, MindConnex Learning and was also an Associate Lecturer in Dublin City University’s Business School. She holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from Dublin City University and is a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Mick Furlong, VP Client Success, Americas
As VP of Client Success for the Americas, Mick is responsible for managing Fenergo client engagements with a focus on successful deliveries, functional governance and exceeding client expectations. Mick is a highly experienced executive with a proven international track record of delivering transformative business change in the financial services industry. Prior to Fenergo, Mick spent a decade in the Treasury and Liquidity management side of financial services, working with such institutions as Depfa Bank, Hypo Public Finance Bank and Hypo Real Estate Bank International. Mick holds a Bachelor of Commerce International degree from University College Dublin.
Edward Sweigart, VP Client Success EMEA
Edward is responsible for managing Fenergo’s growing EMEA division. Edward joined Fenergo from Jive Software, a provider of communication and collaboration solutions for business, where he was responsible for Customer Success in EMEA. Prior, Edward was Director of EMEA and Emerging Markets for Adobe Global Services and Consulting Director for Emerging Markets with EMC, with responsibility for building, leading and growing the emerging markets divisions of these companies.
Andy Mantzios, VP Client Success APAC
As VP Client Success, Andy is responsible for managing Fenergo’s client engagements in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on best practice implementation that exceeds client expectations. Andy joined Fenergo in 2011 and has held a number of senior roles including Principal Consultant and Solution Architect with Fenergo. Over the last decade, Andy has cultivated deep technical, domain and delivery expertise, leading high performing engineering teams in delivering mission critical enterprise software solutions to some of the largest financial services firms in the world. Andy holds an MBA from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Commerce in Commerce / Law from the University of South Africa.
