Based in London the successful applicant will play a key role in our sales team as a pre-sales support consultant. Fenergo is a leading specialist in Client and Account Management software working with leading global banks and financial institutions to deliver market leading Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
Experience
Ideally the candidate will have either worked in, or had experience of selling software solutions to the banking industry and come from an IT background.
Function
Provide technical support to Sales to help develop business in Fenergo’s chosen target market place through demonstrating a high degree of knowledge of Fenergo’s software platforms and the customers’ business.
Whilst the role is based in London, the Fenergo customer base is UK wide and therefore there will be the occasional need to travel.
Responsibilities
- To assist Sales in determining customer requirements.
- Be able to demonstrate all of Fenergo’s software platforms with a high degree of competence.
- To work with product specialist / analysts in the production of a customersolution.
- T o assist in the development of proposals.
- To remain as the main technical point of contact for Fenergo’s customers.
- To liaise with the wider Fenergo in-house community (marketing, product support etc)

Success Metrics
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Fenergo’s software platforms and be able to clearly articulate these to customers.
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of customer requirements and assist in the development an appropriate solution using Fenergo’s software platforms.

- Excellent working relationships with other appropriate areas of Fenergo.
